My first impression of this man was that he looked very scruffy and gave me the idea that he could be a tramp or homeless. His patched up clothes and untucked shirt also made me think he could be a beggar wearing all the clothes that he owns. This man is standing very confidently in quite an authoritive position- with his hand on his hip, yet the people around him don't seem to notice him.
The man is also smoking which made me think that he isn't health conscious and maybe has quite a relaxed attitude towards his life.
